If this is your first time logging into the system:

enter your member id found on your membership card (including all letters, dashes, and numbers).

Your password will be the last four (4) numbers of your membership number (example: vtc-123-1234, password would be 1234)

Click Login to proceed to the next section to complete your login registration
For returning users:
- Enter your member id found on your membership card (including all letters, dashes, and numbers)
- Enter the password you chose during the registration process
"I keep logging in but yet keep being asked to login....what am I doing wrong?"
Nothing at all. This happens quite often and is very easy to fix.

Do you have Zone Alarm or another Internet Security Program Installed?
If you have Zone Alarm installed on your computer, and each time you try logging into our site it keeps taking you back to the login page as if you never had logged in, please open up Zone Alarm, click on the Programs Tab at the top, scroll down to your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) and then right click on it. Click on Options. A popup window will come up. Uncheck the "Privacy" option and click Apply. Close Zone Alarm and log into our site. You should be able to right away now.
If you do not have Zone Alarm, but rather another internet security type program. Click the link above to check if you have cookies enabled on your system. If you see 5 different sets of numbers on that page, please go into your internet security program and disable it. Try logging into our site. If that works, contact your internet security program's support department and ask them how you can disable and allow certain cookies from authorized sites to access membership websites.
